Technician

Description

  • Diagnoses and provides automotive services by working without technical assistance to perform inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installations efficiently, safely and according to Ford’s quality and time standards.
  • Complies with Ford and dealership’s safety and environmental programs and practices.
  • Automotive services may include, but are not limited to driveability, suspensions, alignments, steering, heating and air conditioning, basic and ABS brakes, electrical repair, and other services performed by Service Technicians.

Qualification

  • Must have NCII
  • Atleast with broad experience in the same field

Sales Consultant

Description

  • Responsible in building relationship with potential clients. Provides sales assistance to potential clients
  • Gives assistance which includes product expertise to assist in decision making, and often includes delivering new vehicles to customers.
  • They provide financial computations to clients then reports to the Sales Manager.

Sales Admin

Description

  • Administers the service office and enforces the departmental administrative policies thru the Service Manager in coordination with the different sections of the Service Department
  • Administers the Service Personnel (Direct and Indirect), in coordination with the different Sections Heads. Monitors accounts, records and reports service sales and Monthly Performance report (MPR) to Ford Group Philippines.
  • Ensure that all reportorial requirements are prepared by the different sections and submitted on time.Prepares the Dealers Weekly Metrics, Daily Service Operation, SA’s Daily sales achievement for BP/GJ//W, Daily service sales per tagging and Service UR’s and sales comparison

  • Reports and/ or coordinates with the Administration all maintenance repairs required by the service sections. Sees to it that all Service Department official forms are secured and accounted for.
  •  Encodes the daily transactions (GJ/BP/W) for internal file.Take note and type letters, memorandum, and anything which pertains to the Service Department
  • Files incoming and outgoing letters of communications, memorandum, quotations (master file). Prepares Service Incentive computation based on Labor and Parts sales for Cebu.
  • Checking of Service Invoice (Labor Rate, Parts, Supplies and some important details) for release.Prepares Service Sales target and monitor daily sales achievement of all Service advisors.

Billing Clerk

Description

  • Guarantee that all business activities comply with policies and ethical standards.Ensure achievement of sales target through effective implementation of sales program and effective management of the sales consultant.
  • Ensure that teams are equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills to efficiently perform their responsibilities.Monitors daily activities of Sales Consultant.
  • Evaluates the over-all performance in terms of volume sales and customer satisfaction.Assist and guide SC’s with their account.Organizes promotional activities within and outside the Dealership.
  • Maintain contact with customers to enhance and strengthen harmonious relationship.Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.

Cashier

Description

  • Reponsible in receiving and disburse money in establishments other than financial institutions. Usually involves use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment.
  • Often involved in processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks.
  • The Cashier also act as the support for the branch.

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With good communication skills
  • Good Customer Service Skills.
  • Able to handle stress and can do multitasks
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Computer literate.
  • Can start immediately and willing to undergo training.

Technical Support Officer

Description

  • Ensures that all FAVI Personnel are updated on the latest technical information related to our products and keep personnel at the cutting edge of automotive industry.
  • Coordinate with all branches, FGP, Government Agencies, other dealers and suppliers as necessary.
  • Maintain the employees training records, training equipment, training room and all service literature. Also complies and implements environmental safety programs and practices, and any other duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • Atleast with Team lead technician experience or Atleast with broad experience in the same field
  • With supervisory experience

Service Receptionist

Description

  • Supports and assists service advisors with requests for repair and for maintenance service to ensure the proper Quality Care Interactive Reception Process is experienced by each customer.
  • Assists the Service Advisor in his duties by completing vehicle checklist, updating SA on progress and vehicle status, prepare the vehicle and parts for return to customer, accurately maintaining records, supporting promotional activities, monitoring inventory, complying with safety and environmental programs and practices, and any other duties as assigned.

Financing Coordinator

Description

  • Be able to ensure the validity of the client’s person (positive identification) applying for a financing arrangement with the banks prior to the releasing of unit.
  • Be able to ensure the completeness and consistency of the documents submitted by the client prior to the releasing of the unit.
  • Be able to provide the bank inputs on the credit worthiness of the client based on the desk verification procedures conducted prior to the release of unit.

Qualification

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Accounting Management/Accounting Technology
  • Preferably female

Service Advisor

Description

  • Assists customers with requests for repair and for maintenance service to ensure that the vehicle is fixed right the first time.
  • Assists the Shop Supervisor in the operations of the service center by writing up work orders, distributing work to staff, accurately maintaining records, supporting promotional activities, complying with safety and environmental programs and practices, and any other duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Atleast with driver’s license
  • Knowledgeable with cars
